well I had no Idea of what to have a blog for. I stepped on a scale tonight and it read are you ready 268 LBS are you fucking kidding me!. So from 12/18/2013 at 10:51 I will dedicate this blog to my weight loss. I have an unreal but make able goal of Less then 230. That will be a 38 lbs weight loss I have lost that amount one other time and I plan to do it again.The last time I lost weight my hip was 100% and My wife and I hiked in the mountains of Colorado, and the hikes was a real work out. This time no mountains but lots of roads and RR tracks to walk. Cut down on my calorie intake, Nothing Deep Fried, No cheese Burgers, or fast food. Veggies and chicken and fish. Once a week I will post my progress!
