well I had no Idea of what to have a blog for. I stepped on a scale tonight and it read are you ready 268 LBS are you fucking kidding me!. So from 12/18/2013 at 10:51 I will dedicate this blog to my weight loss. I have an unreal but make able goal of Less then 230. That will be a 38 lbs weight loss I have lost that amount one other time and I plan to do it again.The last time I lost weight my hip was 100% and My wife and I hiked in the mountains of Colorado, and the hikes was a real work out. This time no mountains but lots of roads and RR tracks to walk. Cut down on my calorie intake, Nothing Deep Fried, No cheese Burgers, or fast food. Veggies and chicken and fish. Once a week I will post my progress!

prospecting

Oh the old days of prospecting for gold In Colorado, Arizona, and California. Never got rich but found gold, met a bunch of nice people , Had a great time. In Yuma AZ at a friends who I will not mention any names I know I seen over 100 lbs of gold. In Quartzsite Az.setting in McDonalds.  I saw and held 4 nuggets that weighed out to a total of 3 lbs. Went to a small SUV with the owner and I seen another 8 or 9 pounds of gold.Seen and held a nugget the looked like a giant potato. Mined gold in a mine owned by a good friend in Idaho Springs Colorado. Panned both forks of Clear Creek from Georgetown all the way to the south Platte. Would attend monthly meetings of the gold prospectors of Colorado and met many interesting people. Like Jerry Jones one of the persons I made the trip to Calf, and Az with. And I won a couple of drawings for gold nuggets!

today is thanksgiving going to our grandsons house been sick dorothy and I made our own turkey dinner for friday .

Well hrer we are setting on our ass because we do not have any extra money. I made one of the most stupidest move ever I retired on social security and now our income is below the national poverty level

well here we are sick as skunk with erectile disfunction. Had to put out 1600 on a rebuilt transmission. Dam that is what I earn a month . If this just aint so fricking wonderful ill kiss your ass!
