Wife not feeling good

It's been a long time: My wife is ill but she will not go to the doctor. She has a weight issue and eats proper and we walk but some how she is not loosing a pound. I'm worried about her. But she will not go to se the doctor and have a check up. Her RA comes and goes I do not think that the trouble!.
